What are the Pokémon pull rates by set?

Pull rates are the share of packs that contain a card of a given rarity. The Pokémon Company doesn't publish official odds for modern English sets, so we only show rates from large, cited opening samples. Right now we have cited rates for 2 sets (per pack):

For the other 16 priced sets we track (for example Phantasmal Flames, Mega Evolution, White Flare, Black Bolt), we haven't found a published sample we can cite, so we don't show odds.
