1. Information only, not advice

All content, prices, calculators, simulations, tiers, demand meters, estimates and guides are for general information and entertainment only. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax, legal or professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or open any product. Collectibles are speculative and can lose value. You're solely responsible for your decisions.

2. Accuracy of data

Prices and card data come from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or out of date. Pull rates are either cited third-party samples or assumptions you enter. Results are estimates, not predictions or guarantees.

3. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE'S OWNER AND OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, VALUE OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BASED ON ITS CONTENT OR DATA.

5. Third parties, affiliate links and ads

We don't control third-party sites. Some links are affiliate links, and we may earn commissions (see the Affiliate Disclosure). Purchases are between you and the seller.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

PullMeter is an independent fan and price site, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, Fanatics, TCGplayer, PSA, CGC, Beckett, SGC or any league, team or player. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for identification. Card images come from a third-party API and are used for identification and commentary. Rights holders can contact us. PullMeter's own name, logo, text, design and code belong to the Site owner. Bulk copying or scraping isn't allowed.

7. Referral program

• Eligibility: you must be 21 or older to create a referral/Premium account, and the same 21+ requirement applies to the newsletter/weekly digest and the email alert waitlist (see Privacy). Sign-ups that give an age under 21 are refused. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 21. We may close accounts we believe belong to someone under 21.
• Premium access earned through referrals has no cash value. It can't be sold, transferred or exchanged.
• A referral qualifies only when a new person signs up with a unique, valid email (verified when email verification is enabled) using your link. Self-referrals, duplicate, disposable or variant addresses, automated sign-ups and other abuse don't qualify, and they may lead to loss of access.
• We may change, suspend or end the program or Premium features at any time, with or without notice.
• We decide in our sole discretion whether a referral qualifies.

8. Acceptable use

Don't disrupt the Site, scrape it abusively, or submit unlawful content. Data that tools store in your browser is your responsibility to back up.

9. Indemnity, changes and law

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the owner against claims arising from your misuse of the Site. We may update these Terms, and continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes. Governing law is the state of the owner's residence, United States.
