What are the hits in a booster box worth on average?

Multiply each rarity's cited per-pack rate by the average market price of cards in that rarity, add them up for a per-pack "hit value," then multiply by 36 packs. With today's prices:

• Scarlet & Violet: $2.20 per pack in hits, about $79.34 per 36 packs
• 151: $7.93 per pack in hits, about $285.32 per 36 packs

This counts hits only (Double Rare and up), not commons, uncommons and reverse holos. It's an average, so most boxes land below it while a few big pulls pull the average up. Compare it with what you'd pay in the open vs sealed calculator. This is information, not a buying recommendation.
