Expected graded sale = (chance of top grade × top-grade price) + (1 − chance) × lower-grade price. We subtract selling fees, the grading fee and shipping, then compare the result with selling the card raw. The example numbers are placeholders, so replace them with real comps for your card. What chance of a 10 should I use?

Be honest and conservative. Most raw cards don't get the top grade, even fresh from the pack. Check centering, corners, edges and surface first.
